1/2 cup pita chips ( crumbled)
2 tsp almond flour
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp dried parsley
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp chipotle chili powder
1 tsp salt
1 TBsp parm cheese

For boneless chicken mix to combine add blend. And bake at 425 for 39 minutes – flip once …. Bone in , cook for 46 minutes … Top with veggies and bake as usual
