2 Serrano peppers- sliced
2 TBsp bourbon
2 TBsp brown sugar
1 TBsp white vinegar
3 TBsp ketchup
1 TBsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Pinch of red pepper flakes
Mix all ingredients and marinade using 1/2 cup sauce for 1 hour
Pan fry for 4 minutes. Add peppers and pour rest of sauce in and cook for 3 minutes more or until done.
Tasty!!!!….. Sweet with a kick! You taste the bourbon but it softens with the brown sugar and then goes up a notch with the fresh peppers.
