1 1/2 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups almond flour
2 eggs- beaten
1 1/2 Tsp orange extract
1/4 cup slivered almonds
2 tsp orange zest- minced
2 tsp craisins- minced
1 tsp sugar
Beat butter until creamy and add sugar until fluffy.
Add eggs, extract, zest and beat until blended then add flour until combined.
Line a 9″ pan with parchment and then spray it and sides. Pour in pan and top with almonds and sprinkle the sugar on top
Bake at 350degrees for 35 minutes.
So easy! I am really not a baker- it’s too specific, but this is easy- mix and pour! It has a nice chew to it, kind of like a dense brownie!
