BBQ Chicken ‘N Rice Soup


Stock:

Rotisserie chicken carcass

3 Roma tomatoes-cut in quarters

6 garlic cloves

1 yellow onion- chunks

2 mini bell peppers- seeded and whole

4 ribs of celery- sliced thick

Add end add 4 tsp BBQ sauce, 1 tsp liquid smoke, 1 1/2 cups cooked brown rice, 1 cup frozen corn. Deprecate meat from bones and add more meat of you like 

Add ingredients and cover bones with water. Bring stock to a boil them set on low for 2 hours . Add the rest of the ingredients and top with cheese or hot sauce.
