Clemantine and Honeycomb Salmon

Serves 2

2 salmon fillets

4 clementines- juiced

1 1/2 TBs butter

3 TBs Raw honeycomb

1 TBs Ponzu sauce

Melt butter and put fish in pan . Cook 3-4 minutes then flip and cook for 2 minutes. Remove from pan. Add juice, sauce, honey. Stir and let reduce by half. Spoon sauce over fish.

Quick. Simple. The Ponzu sauce rounds out the flavors and brings some depth to the sauce.
