White Bean Buffalo Burger

Makes 2 burgers and 2 sliders

1 can small white beans- drained

3/4 cup old fashioned oats

1/4 cup carrots- shredded

2 TBs shallots- fine dice

1/4 tsp garlic powder

1/4 tsp oregano

1/4 cup Italian breadcrumbs

4 TBs Franks Red Hot Sauce

1 egg or flaxseed egg

Sautéed carrots and shallots until tender, meantime, pulse beans and oats in a processor. Add all ingredients together. Form patties and put in fridge for 30 minutes to set up. Sauté until brown and warmed through. I topped with guacamole, sprouts and extra hot sauce. Serve on a bun or toasted Seedy Bread.
