Vegan Tofu Popcorn Chickā€™n

Serves 3-4

Adapted from

1 brick extra firm tofu- pressed

1/3 cup flour

1/3 cup nutritional yeast

1 1/2 TBs Guldens mustard

1 1/2 tsp salt

1 1/2 tsp black pepper

1 1/2 tsp Mrs Dash garlic and onion

2/3 cup water( more or less)

Press tofu for about 20 minutes. Mix all ingredients- the consistency of pancake batter. Break tofu in chunks. Dip in mix and put on s parchment lined cookie sheet. Bake at 450 degrees for 30 minutes- flip halfway through.

Tender, semi firm . Serve with ketchup or BBQ sauce.
